ABN AMRO Markets

In the coming period, two major changes will occur for ABN AMRO: the separation from RFS Holdings B.V., after which the new ABN AMRO N.V. will become an independent bank with the Dutch Government as sole shareholder and, following that, the merger with Fortis Bank Nederland.
